What does ZipTempo do?
It helps you run plans and passes, members, classes, bookings, QR check-in, visit history, payment status, wallet passes, kiosk mode, and staff roles from one web app. The one thing it does not do is process payments.
What hardware do I need?
Any computer, tablet, or phone with a camera. It runs in the browser, so there is no scanner gun to buy and nothing to install. Members check in with a printed QR code or one in their phone wallet.
How long does it take to set up?
Most people can get the basics live the same afternoon. Create a plan, add a member, give them a QR pass, add a class if you run classes, and start scanning. The 30-day trial needs an email and nothing else. No card.
Is ZipTempo available in my language?
The interface comes in seven languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Greek. You can switch anytime from the top of any page.
