Sell the way your gym actually works.
Monthly memberships, visit packs, class passes, fixed duration offers, and first visit starts all belong in one plan catalog. Assign a plan to a member once, then ZipTempo keeps the visits, payment status, and eligibility connected.
Plans and passes details
Build every offer you sell
Create the plans your members already understand: unlimited memberships, punch cards, weekly or monthly visit allowances, limited time passes, and class specific packs. Keep price and duration in the same record so staff do not have to guess.
- Count based visit packs
- Weekly or monthly visit allowances
- Fixed duration plans, including first visit start
Attach the right plan to the right member
Assign a plan from the member profile and ZipTempo snapshots the details for that person. You can see what they bought, when it starts, when it expires, and whether it is paid, partly paid, or unpaid.
- Plan status on the member profile
- Paid, partly paid, or unpaid tracking
- Past plans stay visible for history
Visits count down automatically
When a member checks in or attends a covered class, ZipTempo can use the eligible plan and count the visit down. If a member has no valid plan left, staff see it before the visit becomes a billing chase.
- General entry and class attendance can consume visits
- Program scoped passes cover only the classes you choose
- Adjust visits when you need to fix an edge case

Keep booking eligibility honest
Member booking checks the same plan data. If a pass is expired, empty, or not valid for that program, it cannot quietly grab a class spot.
- Eligibility checks before member booking
- Class specific packs for programs like yoga or personal training
- Attendance tied back to the plan record
Try it in your own space
Free for 30 days, no card required. Most gyms and studios are live the same day.
How gyms and studios use plans
Boutique fitness
Offer monthly unlimited, a ten class pack, and a one week intro pass without turning the desk into a spreadsheet.
CrossFit boxes
Set unlimited, three times per week, and drop-in packs. The scan shows whether the member is covered before the WOD starts.
Small independent gyms
Track cash, card, or transfer payments without adding payment processing. Staff see who is paid and who needs a conversation.
Yoga & pilates studios
Class packs and small rooms go together. Keep visits left, waitlists, and attendance tied to the same member record.
Plans questions
What kinds of plans can I create?
You can create visit packs, unlimited time based plans, weekly or monthly allowances, fixed duration passes, and plans scoped to specific programs.
Does ZipTempo process payments?
No. It tracks payment status and payment notes so your staff know what is paid, partly paid, or unpaid. The actual payment still happens through whatever method you already use.
Can a plan start on first visit?
Yes. A fixed duration plan can start when it is assigned or when the member first uses it, which is useful for intro offers and short passes.
Can a pass be valid only for certain classes?
Yes. Scope a plan to one or more programs, and it only covers those classes. General entry plans can stay separate.
What happens when visits run out?
The member no longer has that visit coverage. Staff can see it on the member profile and at check-in, and member booking can block classes that are no longer covered.
