Staff logins with real limits.

Stop sharing one password. Invite staff by email, give each person a role that fits the job, and know the front desk sees the front desk, not your settings.

Staff roles details

Invites

Invite by email

Type an email, pick a role, send. The staff member sets their own password and lands in your account with exactly the access you chose. Invites expire on their own, and you can resend or revoke a pending one anytime.

  • Email invites with their own expiry
  • Resend or revoke a pending invite
  • Change a person's role at any time
Roles

Roles that fit a real front desk

Give each person exactly the access their job needs. Some run everything, some run day-to-day operations without touching your branding, some handle members, check-ins, and classes, and some get just enough to work the door.

  • Full access for whoever runs the business
  • Day-to-day operations and settings, with branding kept to the owner
  • Members, check-ins, classes, and bookings for everyday staff
  • Check-in, member lookup, and class bookings for the front desk
Safety

Guardrails built in

The account owner can never be locked out: nobody can remove the owner, and nobody can demote or remove themselves. Every action is checked against the role on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

  • The account owner cannot be removed or demoted
  • Nobody can change or remove their own access
  • Permissions enforced on every action, server-side

Try it in your own space

Free for 30 days, no card required. Most gyms and studios are live the same day.

Use cases

Who gets which login

Boutique fitness

A rotating cast of instructors covers the desk between classes. Each one gets a front-desk-only login: enough to work the door and look someone up, nothing more.

CrossFit boxes

Coaches run their own class rosters and mark attendance on a staff-level login, while the owner keeps settings and branding to themselves.

Small independent gyms

The owner finally takes a day off. An operations login runs the whole operation, renewals, codes, and classes, while branding and billing stay home with the owner.

Yoga & pilates studios

Reception is often a volunteer or a part-timer. A front-desk-only login means handing them the door, not the keys to everything.

FAQ

Staff questions

Is there an extra charge per staff member?

No per-seat charges on either plan. The Gym plan includes unlimited staff accounts with full roles and permissions at one flat price; the Individual plan includes a single account for owner-operators.

What can a front-desk login see?

Check-in, member lookup, the dashboard, and class bookings. It cannot edit members, manage codes, change settings, or see the rest of the back office.

Can I change someone's role later?

Yes. Pick a new role from the staff list and it applies immediately. Two exceptions: the account owner's role is fixed, and nobody can change their own.

What happens if an invite is not accepted?

It expires and shows as expired in your pending list. Resend it with one click, or revoke it.

Can more than one person have full access?

Yes. Give full access to as many people as you trust with it. The account owner stays with whoever created the account and can't be transferred or removed.
