Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 30-day trial needs an email, nothing more. Add billing whenever you decide to stay.
What hardware do I need?
Any computer, tablet, or phone with a camera. Members check in with a printed QR code or one on their phone.
Can I print my own QR codes?
Yes. ZipTempo generates batches of unique codes that you print and hand out as people join. Anyone who prefers their phone can add the same code to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet instead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel whenever you like and keep access through the end of your billing cycle.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Annual billing saves a third on either plan: Individual is $10/mo ($120/yr) instead of $15/mo, and Gym is $20/mo ($240/yr) instead of $30/mo.
What is the difference between Individual and Gym?
Staff accounts, nothing else. Individual has one login, right for an owner-operator. Gym has unlimited staff accounts with roles and permissions. Everything else, from check-in devices to class scheduling, is identical.
Can I switch from another system?
Yes. Import your whole roster from a CSV, with each member's code and renewal date, and check the preview before anything saves. Stuck on the export? Send it over and we will help you get set up.
