Class scheduling
Set up the programs you run, decide who can book, cap the room, and let the waitlist fill cancellations. Attendance comes from the same QR scan members use at the door.
Class scheduling details
Programs and weekly series
Create a program once: a name, a color, a default duration and capacity. Then add weekly series with the days, the start time, and an optional instructor. The calendar fills itself from there, week after week.
- Recurring weekly schedules per program
- Duration, capacity, and instructor set per series
- Archive a program when a season ends, restore it later
Rosters with a waitlist
Staff add members to a class in seconds with a search by name or code, or you switch on member booking and let people reserve their own spots from the member app. When a class fills up, new bookings go to the waitlist, and a freed spot promotes the first member in line automatically.
- Capacity caps with automatic waitlist promotion
- Booked, attended, and no-show status on every roster
- Optional member booking from the member app
- One time classes and one to one sessions with no program setup
The scan takes attendance
When a member scans in at the door, they are marked attended for that day's class automatically. No roll call, no clipboard, and the live spot count stays right.
- Attendance marked by the same QR scan at the door
- Staff can also set attended or no-show from the roster
- Live spot and waitlist counts on every class
Runs on your clock
The calendar runs on your local time, in a color-coded week view. Cancel or adjust a single class without touching its series, and pencil a one-off onto any open slot.
- Calendar in your local timezone
- Cancel or adjust one class without touching the series
- Color-coded week view of every program

How different rooms run their week
Boutique fitness
Hard capacity limits, classes back to back. The week view shows every session, full classes overflow to a waitlist, and the door scan takes attendance while the instructor teaches.
CrossFit boxes
The same WOD repeats all week. Set the series once, days, times, and a cap, and the calendar fills itself. The no-show column tells you who books and never shows.
Small independent gyms
Personal training and the odd workshop don't fit a rigid timetable. Pencil one-offs onto any open slot and keep the recurring classes on their weekly series.
Yoga & pilates studios
In a small room, capacity is the whole game. Cap each class, let the waitlist fill cancellations on its own, and watch attendance build from the door scan.
Scheduling questions
Can members book classes themselves?
Yes, if you want them to. Member booking is optional and set per program: switch it on and members reserve their own spots from the member app, with the waitlist and cancellations handled for them. Leave it off and staff run every booking from the desk.
How does class attendance work?
The same QR scan that checks a member in at the door marks them attended for that day's class. Staff can also set attended or no-show by hand from the roster.
What happens when a class is full?
New bookings go to the waitlist. When someone cancels, the first person in line is promoted automatically, so a freed spot never goes unused.
Can I run one-off sessions or events?
Yes. Pencil a class onto any open slot without creating a series: pick the program, time, and capacity, and delete it if plans change. You can also book one member into a one to one session, a personal training appointment for example, with no program setup at all.
Is scheduling an extra module or add-on?
No. Class scheduling comes with both plans, alongside QR check-in, member management, and everything else. There is nothing extra to buy or switch on.
